Updating Ethernet On‑Demand service nickname

Using Lumen Connect℠, you can change the Lumen® Ethernet On‑Demand service nickname that displays on your invoice.

To update the service nickname:

  1. In the Services widget on the homepage, select Ethernet On-Demand from Find by Product or Service Tool.
  1. Click the   icon in the Actions column next to the connection you want to update, then click Update Nickname. 
  1. Type in the new Service Nickname, then click Save.

    Lumen Connect updates the service nickname on the Services tab and the new nickname displays on your next invoice.
