Viewing mobility users and passwords for a Secure Access service
Using Lumen Connect, you can view mobility users and passwords for remote users on a Lumen® Secure Access service (part of Lumen® Adaptive Network Security). You can also view Secure Access site circuits and passwords using Lumen Connect.
To view mobility users and passwords for a Secure Access mobility service:
- Using the left menu, click Admin, then click Secure Access.
Lumen Connect lists Secure Access Site services for your organization. Each service lists the circuits, passwords, and additional network information for remote sites for the service on the billing account number shown.
- Click the Mobility tab.
Lumen Connect shows a table with the mobility users, their passwords, and additional network information for remote users for the service on the billing account number.
