Creating reports for toll-free services
Using Lumen Connect, you can request many different types of reports for a Wholesale toll‑free service, such as
- geographic NPA/NXX routing
- Switched terminating address
- Dedicated terminating address
- originating NPA/NXX routing
- toll-free call plans per feature
- toll-free audit
- trunk utilization*
In addition to the variety of reports listed above, Lumen Connect lists the reports you requested. You can also schedule reports to run on a regular basis. Lumen Connect keeps scheduled toll‑free reports for 90 days and then deletes them. If you need to keep reports beyond 90 days, download them.
Note: Trunk utilization reports are based on statistical information from a unique data source and may not exactly match data other reports (which is pulled from other sources). For example, trunk‑utilization reports not match traffic‑utilization reports because the each report's data comes from a different source.
To create reports for toll-free services:
- Using the left menu, click Monitoring, click Voice Reports, then click Toll Free.
Lumen Connect lists the toll-free reports you have access to.
- Click the tile for the report you want to view.
