Viewing a wholesale service report
Use Lumen Connect to view and download reports you requested for Lumen wholesale services such as 8XX, ANI, or Card. Once you request the report, you can view and download it from Lumen Connect to work with the data or save it for your records.
To view a wholesale service report:
- Using the left menu, click Monitoring, click Voice Reports, then click Service Reports.
- Click View Reports.
Lumen Connect lists the reports you requested.
- On the row for the report you want to view, click the View Report link (in the URL column).
Lumen Connect downloads the report you selected.
Note: If you no longer need a report, you can delete it from the list. To delete a report, select the checkbox next to the report you want to delete, then click Delete.
