Using Service Status
To access a quick overview of current status information for ANI, 8XX, or calling card services, use Service Status in Lumen Connect.
To use Service Status:
- Using the left menu, do one of the following:
- Click Orders, click Order Status, then click Service Status.
- Click Monitoring, click Voice Reports, then click Service Status.
- Click Orders, click Order Status, then click Service Status.
- Type the ANI, Card, or 8XX number, then click Go.
Lumen Connect shows status information for the service you selected.
