Editing NaaS Port contacts
The contacts for your Lumen® NaaS Port order are critical to making your NaaS Port ready quickly. If you didn't have all contact information when you placed your order or you need to update the contacts, you can edit the NaaS Port contacts in Lumen Connect.
Note: Edit contacts is only an option for ports that are not yet ready. Once your port is ready, contact information is no longer needed.
To edit NaaS Port order contacts:
- In the Services widget on the homepage, select NaaS Port from Find by Product or Service Tool.
- Click the icon in the Actions column next to the port you want to update contacts for, then click Edit Contacts. Type the contact information and submit the changes.
