Step 1: Prepare
Lumen works with you to confirm and collect additional order details to help ensure an accurate service deployment:
- hold kickoff call to outline the project and discuss milestones, rollout, documentation, and other project details
- confirm your information
- schedule initial technical workshop
- confirm emergency services information
- distribute summary of kickoff call and required documentation
Step 2: Plan
We collaborate with you to finalize service design and plan for implementation:
- review completed technical questionnaire to understand your environment
- hold technical data gathering workshop to align on your environment
- confirm user setup and call flow requirements
- coordinate adds, moves, and port requests for phone numbers using Lumen Connect
Step 3: Configure and test
We configure your service and complete internal testing to help ensure proper function and performance of your service:
- configure session border controller (SBC) for Teams
- configure Teams tenant
- configure Teams call flow
- execute on number adds, moves, and port requests
- go live
Step 4: Manage
Once your service is up and running, we hand over the service to you to manage. Access tools to help you manage your service and get your questions answered when you need help.
