Updating a Voice Complete phone number profile
As a Voice Complete Feature Manager administrator, you can use Lumen Connect to update the profile information associated with a Lumen® Voice Complete® phone number in your organization. You can assign the phone number to a user and update the user's name, time zone, and caller ID name. You can also reset their voice portal passcode. (The voice portal passcode is valid for 30 days.)

To update a Voice Complete phone number profile:
- Using the left menu, click Services, click Service Tools, then click Voice Complete Features.
Lumen Connect shows the groups associated with your Voice Complete service.
- Search for the phone number you want to work with by doing one of the following:
- If you know the group the phone number belongs to, click View Group on the card for the group.
- Otherwise, click the All Numbers tab, then search for, sort, or filter the list of phone numbers to find the one you're looking for.
- If you know the group the phone number belongs to, click View Group on the card for the group.
- When you find the phone number, click the Manage link (in the Actions column) on the row for the phone number.
Lumen Connect shows the calling features for the phone number.
- Click the Profile tab.
Lumen Connect shows the profile information for the Voice Complete phone number.
- Do any of the following to make changes to the profile:
- To update the time zone, select an option from the list, then click SAVE.
- To change the name, make updates to the First Name and Last Name fields, then click SAVE.
- To change the caller ID name, make updates to the Calling ID First Name and Calling ID Last Name fields, then click SAVE.
- To change then voice portal passcode, type a new code in the field, then click Reset Code. (The passcode is valid for 30 days.)
- To update the time zone, select an option from the list, then click SAVE.
