Updating a speed dial contact
If the information for a speed dial contact changes, you can modify the entry in your speed dial directory in the Contact Center Client. You can also delete contacts you no longer need.
To update a speed dial contact:
- Click the contact you want to update.
- Double-click the field you want to update, then make your changes.
- When you’re done, press enter on your keyboard.
The Contact Center Client updates the contact in the speed dial directory.
