Updating Internet On‑Demand bandwidth
Using Lumen Connect℠, you can update the bandwidth of your existing Lumen® Internet On‑Demand connection to fit your needs.
You can also add Internet On‑Demand to Equinix and Digital Realty data centers or your customer port.
To update bandwidth:
- In the Services widget on the homepage, select Internet On-Demand from Find by Product or Service Tool.
- Click the icon in the Actions column next to the connection you want to update, then click Service Details.

- Click Manage Service.

- Select Update Bandwidth from the action menu.

- Select the new bandwidth, then click Continue.
- Review the service details, then click Submit Order.
The new bandwidth takes effect when provisioning is successful.
