Updating Internet On‑Demand service nickname
Using Lumen Connect℠, you can change the Lumen® Internet On‑Demand service nickname that displays on your invoice.
You can also add Internet On‑Demand to Equinix and Digital Realty data centers or your customer port.
To update the service nickname:
- In the Services widget on the homepage, select Internet On-Demand from Find by Product or Service Tool.
- Click the icon in the Actions column next to the connection you want to update, then click Update Nickname.
- Type in the New Nickname, then click Save.
Lumen Connect updates the service nickname in inventory and the new nickname displays on your next invoice.
