Updating IP VPN On‑Demand bandwidth
If your bandwidth needs change, you can use Lumen Connect℠ to update the bandwidth for a connection you created using Lumen® IP VPN On‑Demand. (You can also update the bandwidth for a connection while viewing details for a connection. From the connection details, click Manage Service.)
To update the bandwidth:
- In the Services widget on the homepage, select IP VPN On-Demand from Find by Product or Service Tool.
- Click the icon in the Actions column next to the connection you want to update, then click Service Details.

- Click Manage Service.

- Select Update Bandwidth from the action menu.

- Select a new bandwidth, then click CONTINUE.
- Review the service details, then click SUBMIT ORDER.
The new bandwidth takes effect when provisioning is successful.
