Viewing IP VPN On-Demand service details

You can view service details for a Lumen® IP VPN On‑Demand connection to AWS, Azure, Azure Gov, Google, Oracle, or Oracle Gov using Lumen Connect℠. When you view the details, you can also update the bandwidth or disconnect the connection. 

To view service details:

  1. In the Services widget on the homepage, select IP VPN On-Demand from Find by Product or Service Tool.
  1. Click the   icon in the Actions column next to the connection you want view details for, then click Service Details. 

    Lumen Connect shows the details for the connection you selected.
