Unblocking an ANI
If you have a blocked ANI for a toll-free number, you can submit a request to unblock the restricted number in Lumen Connect. Unblocking the ANI reactivates it on the Lumen network.
To unblock an ANI:
- Using the left menu, click Orders, click Manage Orders, then click Unblock.
- In the Service Type list, select ANI.
- In the WTN field, type a ten‑digit ANI service ID, then click Lookup.
Lumen Connect builds the form to unblock the ANI.
- Fill in the Customer Order ID field.
- If you have any additional information to add to the order, type it in the Comments field.
- Click Submit Request.
Lumen Connect submits your order to unblock the ANI.
