Monitoring an IP address
Monitor an IP address for services enabled with Lumen Defender℠ Powered by Black Lotus Labs® using the Lumen Defender Plus dashboard (available within Lumen Connect℠). View threat IPs you monitor on the monitoring custom list.
To monitor an IP address:
- Using the left menu, click Monitoring & Reports, then click Defender.
Lumen Connect shows the Lumen Defender dashboard with a list of all threats for the past 12 hours. At the top, Lumen Connect shows a summary of total threats by risk level, and the percentage change in those threats since the previous time period. Lumen Defender Essentials only shows severe, very high, and high threats.
- Use one of these methods to add an IP address to the monitoring custom list:
- From the dashboard threat list, click the threat IP for the IP address you want to monitor, then click Add to Monitor List.
- Type the IP address you want to monitor in the search field in the upper-right corner, click the icon, then click Add to Monitor List.
- From the dashboard threat list, click the threat IP for the IP address you want to monitor, then click Add to Monitor List.
