Viewing custom lists
Using the Lumen Defender℠ Plus dashboard (available within Lumen Connect℠), you can view custom lists for services enabled with Lumen Defender℠ Powered by Black Lotus Labs®. Add IP addresses to custom lists to deny, monitor, and allow them. Review custom list actions in the activity log.
You can also view details for individual threats, view a list of blocked threats, and view a list of active threats for your organization’s protected services.
To view custom lists:
- Using the left menu, click Monitoring & Reports, then click Defender.
Lumen Connect shows the Lumen Defender dashboard with a list of all threats for the past 12 hours. At the top, Lumen Connect shows a summary of total threats by risk level, and the percentage change in those threats since the previous time period. Lumen Defender Essentials only shows severe, very high, and high threats.
- Click the Custom Lists tab.
Lumen Connect shows Denied, Monitoring, and Allowed custom lists.
- Do any of the following to review the custom lists shown:
- Click the tab for the type of threat IP you want to view: Denied, Monitoring, Allowed.
- To refresh the page, click the icon.
- To remove a threat IP, click the icon, then click Remove.
- To edit notes for the threat IP, click the icon, then click Edit Notes.
- To export the threat IP, click the icon, then click Export.
- To download a CSV file of the threats listed, click the icon.
- Click the tab for the type of threat IP you want to view: Denied, Monitoring, Allowed.
