Viewing threat details
Using the Lumen Defender℠ dashboard (available within Lumen Connect), you can view threat details of active and blocked threats for services enabled with Lumen Defender℠ Powered by Black Lotus Labs®. You can export the threat details or add the threat to a custom list if your service has Lumen Defender Plus.
To view threat details:
- Using the left menu, click Monitoring & Reports, then click Defender.
Lumen Connect shows the Lumen Defender dashboard with a list of all threats for the past 12 hours. At the top, Lumen Connect shows a summary of total threats by risk level, and the percentage change in those threats since the previous time period. Lumen Defender Essentials only shows severe, very high, and high threats.
- Click the threat IP for the threat you want to view the details for.
Lumen Connect shows the threat details.
