Updating a personal directory contact

To update a personal directory contact:

  1. In the Contacts pane next to PERSONAL, click the icon.

    The Contact Center Client shows your personal directory.
  1. Locate the contact you want to update.
  1. To edit the contact’s information, double-click on any field, then make your changes.
  1. When you’re done, press enter on your keyboard.

    Contact Center Client updates the contact’s information.
