Updating Cloud Interconnect service nickname
Using Lumen Connect℠, you can change the Lumen® Cloud Interconnect service nickname that displays on your invoice and in Manage Services.
To update the service nickname:
- Using the left menu, click Services, then Manage Services.
Lumen Connect shows a list of all of your services.
- Select Lumen Cloud Interconnect from the all products list.
- Click the icon in the Actions column next to the Cloud Interconnect you want to update, then click Service Details.
Lumen Connect shows the Service Details page.
- Click the Actions button, then click Update Nickname.
- Type in the new Service Nickname, then click Save.
Lumen Connect updates the service nickname in Manage Services and the new nickname displays on your next invoice.
