Updating your Media portal profile

If you contact information changes, you can update your Media portal profile so we're able to contact you about your services.

To update your Media portal profile:

  1. In the upper-right corner, click the Hello link.

    Media portal shows your user profile.
  1. In the Contact Info section, make your changes.
  1. When you're done, click Save.
