Enabling or disabling an API security key
If you need to add a new API security key, but already have five keys for the access group, you can disable a key you no longer need. If you haven't used a key in a while and it's disabled, you can enable it so you can use it again. You can also make updates to the security key or create a new secret for the security key.
To enable or disable an API security key:
- Sign in to Media portal. (Get help resetting your password)
- From the main menu, select Portal Admin > Vyvx API Security Keys.
Media portal lists the Vyvx API security keys for your organization.
- Click the key ID for the API security key you want to enable or disable.
Media portal shows the details for the API security key.
- Click Edit Key.
- Do one of the following:
- To enable the key, click Enable.
- To disable the key, click Disable.
- To enable the key, click Enable.
