Viewing Fabric Port details

You can view Lumen® Fabric Port details after adding your port using Lumen Connect®.

You can create a repair ticket if your port stops working.

To view Fabric Port details:

Sign in to Lumen Connect. (Get help retrieving your username/password.)

In the Services widget on the homepage, select Fabric Port from Find by Product or Service Tool.

Click the icon in the Actions column next to the port you want to view details for, then click Service Details.

Lumen Connect shows the Service Details page.
