Signing in to Secure Access Mobility for the first time
Once you add a Radius user in Lumen Connect, they can sign in to Lumen® Secure Access Mobility. The first time they sign in, they will need to download the client and the associated network connect policies.
To sign in to Secure Access Mobility for the first time:
- Open a browser and go to the URL for site specific to your organization (SUFFIX = your organization's name):
- Sacramento gateway: https://sacramento1.gcmobility.net/$URL_SUFFIX
- London gateway: https://london1.gcmobility.net/$URL_SUFFIX
- New York gateway: https://newyork1.gcmobility.net/$URL_SUFFIX
- Houston gateway: https://houston1.gcmobility.net/$URL_SUFFIX
- Sao Paulo gateway: https://saopaulo1.gcmobility.net/$URL_SUFFIX
- Hong Kong gateway: https://hongkong1.gcmobility.net/$URL_SUFFIX
- Amsterdam gateway: https://amsterdam1.gcmobility.net/#URL_SUFFIX
- Download and install the latest version of the client specific to your organization.
After the client installs, it attempts to connect to the VPN network.
- Sign in using the username and password you received.
The client signs in to the secure gateway, obtains an IP address from your organization's pool, establishes the tunnel to the VPN, and downloads the proper network connect policies (e.g., DNS, access list rules, split tunneling, etc.)
