Signing in to the Contact Center Client
After the first time you access and sign in to the Contact Center Client, you can use your web browser to access the client.
To sign in to the Contact Center Client:
- Open a browser and go to parcc.hv.centurylink.com/callcenter/.
- To sign in, use the VoIP portal credentials you received in your welcome email. Remember, the user ID and password are case sensitive.
- To stay signed in to the Contact Center Client, select the Stayed Signed In checkbox. (If you select to stay signed in, the Contact Center Client automatically reconnects and signs in to the server when there’s a network connection.)
- To bookmark the Contact Center Agent client URL, Click the Bookmark this Page link, then Ctrl‑D.
- Click Sign In.
The Contact Center Client appears. When you're done working, you can sign out.
