Configuring your Cisco SPA122 ATA

Follow the instructions below to configure the profile rule for your Cisco SPA122 ATA (analog termination adapter). It has two analog FXS ports.

Important: The Cisco SPA122 has been discontinued. Use this article for configuring your existing equipment. If you need a replacement or additional ATA, contact Lumen. Lumen also uses the Cisco SPA3012 ATA.

To configure your Cisco SPA122 ATA:

  1. Connect your laptop/PC to the ATA (yellow port) using an Ethernet cable.
  1. In a web browser, type 192.168.0.1 in the URL field.
  1. Type the following credentials:

    • User Name: user
    • Password: admin

Note: If the credentials above don't work, contact your previous service provider or the company you purchased the device(s) from to obtain the password.

  1. Click Voice > Provisioning > Profile Rule.
  1. Copy and paste the following URL: http://xsp1.ctlvoice.com/dms/Cisco122/$MA_SPA122.xml
  1. Click Submit, then reboot the device.
