Viewing reports in the VoIP Administrator portal
To view reports in the VoIP Administrator portal:
- Go to www.lumen.com/voip.
- Log in using your user ID and password.
- From the main menu, click Reports.

To view reports in Lumen Connect:
- Go to www.lumen.com/login.
- Sign in using your username and password.
- Using the left menu, click Monitoring and Reports, click Voice Reports, then click Usage Analyst.
