Updating Ethernet On‑Demand bandwidth
Using Lumen Connect℠, you can change the bandwidth of an existing Lumen® Ethernet On‑Demand connection to fit your needs. You can update bandwidth on connections:
- Between two of your locations.
- With Azure. Azure only allows bandwidth upgrades. Go to the Azure portal and sign in to upgrade the bandwidth on your ExpressRoute circuit.
- With Azure Gov. Azure only allows bandwidth upgrades. Go to the Azure Gov portal and sign in to upgrade the bandwidth on your ExpressRoute circuit.
- With Google.
- With Oracle. Before you update the bandwidth, go to the Oracle Cloud page and sign in to change the OCID bandwidth.
- With Oracle Gov. Before you update the bandwidth, go to the Oracle Gov Cloud page and sign in to change the OCID bandwidth.
Note: AWS does not support bandwidth updates on existing connections. You will need to add a new connection with the updated bandwidth, route your traffic to the new connection, then disconnect the old connection.
You can also change the service nickname that displays on your invoice.
