Setting a default enterprise for your user profile
If you have access to more than one enterprise for your organization in Lumen Connect®, you can select the enterprise you see when you sign in. You can also switch between enterprises without having to sign out and sign in again.
To set a default enterprise for your user profile:
- In the upper-right corner, click the enterprise ID, then click Manage My Enterprises.
Lumen Connect lists the enterprises your user profile is currently assigned to. If you already have a default enterprise selected, Lumen Connect lists it in the My Default Enterprise section.
- On the row for the enterprise you want to set as the default, click the radio button.
Lumen Connect sets the enterprise as your default. Each time you sign in, you'll start with this enterprise. If you want a different enterprise to be your default, click the Set As My Default Enterprise in the settings for that enterprise.
