Deleting a custom usage report

If you no longer need a custom summary or detail voice usage report, you can delete it from Lumen Connect®. Need to adjust the data included, frequency, or format for a custom report? You can edit the custom report rather than deleting and recreating it.

To delete a custom usage report:

  1. Using the left menu, click Monitoring, click Voice Reports, then click Usage Reports.

    Lumen Connect shows a list of usage reports for your organization.

  1. On the row for the custom usage report that you want to delete, click the delete icon.
  1. In the window that appears, verify you selected the correct report, then click Confirm.

    Lumen Connect deletes the report you selected.
