Viewing a list of services using Lumen Defender℠

Using the Lumen Defender℠ dashboard (available within Lumen Connect℠), you can view a list of the services using Lumen Defender℠ Powered by Black Lotus Labs®. If you no longer want a service (such as Lumen® Internet On‑Demand) to be protected by Lumen Defender, you can remove it from the service.

To view a list of services using Lumen Defender:

  1. Using the left menu, click Monitoring & Reports, then click Defender. 

    Lumen Connect shows the Lumen Defender dashboard with a list of all threats for the past 12 hours. At the top, Lumen Connect shows a summary of total threats by risk level, and the percentage change in those threats since the previous time period. Lumen Defender Essentials only shows severe, very high, and high threats.
  1. Click the Settings tab.

    Lumen Connect shows the current blocking level and all services protected by Lumen Defender.
