Adding a LAN IP block to Internet On-Demand

Using Lumen Connect®, you can add a LAN IP block to your existing Internet On‑Demand connection.


You can also update the bandwidth, add DDoS Essentials, and add Defender Plus. If you no longer need another LAN IP block, you can remove it. 

To add a LAN IP block: 

  1. In the Services widget on the homepage, select Internet On-Demand from Find by Product or Service Tool.
  1. Click the   icon in the Actions column next to the connection you want to update, then click Service Details. 

    Lumen Connect shows the Service Details page. 
  1. Click the Actions button, then click Manage.

  1. Click Manage for IP & Routing. 
  1. Click the add button for the IP address family block you want to add. 
  1. Select the block size and enter the next hop sequence. 

Note: If you are using BGP routing, select the routing options for the new LAN IP block. 

  1. Click Save. 
  1. Click Continue to Review and Submit, review the service details, then click Submit. 

    Lumen Connect provisions the new LAN IP block and shows the IP addresses.
