Updating Internet On‑Demand bandwidth
Using Lumen Connect®, you can update the bandwidth of your existing Lumen® Internet On‑Demand connection to fit your needs.
Note: You can add more bandwidth to a service with a monthly billing method or decrease to your original contracted bandwidth.
You can also add Internet On‑Demand to Equinix and Digital Realty data centers or your customer port.
To update bandwidth:
- In the Services widget on the homepage, select Internet On-Demand from Find by Product or Service Tool.
- Click the icon in the Actions column next to the connection you want to update, then click Service Details.
Lumen Connect shows the Service Details page.
- Click the Actions button, then click Manage.

- Select Manage for bandwidth.

- Select the new bandwidth, then click Save.
- Click Continue to Review and Submit, review the service details, then click Submit.
The new bandwidth takes effect when provisioning is successful.
