Updating Internet On‑Demand billing method
Using Lumen Connect®, you can update from hourly to monthly term-based billing for your existing Lumen® Internet On‑Demand connection.
Note: Be sure to update bandwidth to fit your needs before switching to monthly billing.
You can also add Internet On‑Demand to Equinix and Digital Realty data centers or your customer port.
To update bandwidth:
- In the Services widget on the homepage, select Internet On-Demand from Find by Product or Service Tool.
- Click the icon in the Actions column next to the connection you want to update, then click Service Details.
Lumen Connect shows the Service Details page.
- Click the Actions button, then click Manage.
Lumen Connect shows the Manage Service page.
- Select Manage for term.
Lumen Connect shows billing methods.
- Select the new billing method, then click Save.
- Click Continue to Review and Submit, review the service details, then click Submit.
The new billing method takes effect when provisioning is successful.
