Adding Lumen Defender to Internet On‑Demand
Using Lumen Connect℠, you can add Lumen Defender℠ powered by Black Lotus Labs® to your existing Internet On‑Demand connection for added security. You can monitor threats using Lumen Defender.
You can also update the bandwidth for your existing Internet On‑Demand connection. If you no longer need the connection, you can disconnect it.
To add Defender:
- In the Services widget on the homepage, select Internet On-Demand from Find by Product or Service Tool.
- Click the icon in the Actions column next to the connection you want to update, then click Service Details.
Lumen Connect shows the Service Details page.
- Click Manage Service.
Lumen Connect shows the Manage Service page.
- Select Add Defender from the action menu.
Lumen Connect shows Defender information.
- Click Continue.
- Review the service details and pricing, then click Submit Order.
