Changing Internet On-Demand billing account
Using Lumen Connect℠, you can change the billing account associated with your existing Lumen® Internet On‑Demand connection.
You can also update the bandwidth or service nickname.
To change the billing account:
- In the Services widget on the homepage, select Internet On-Demand from Find by Product or Service Tool.
- Click the icon in the Actions column next to the connection you want to update, then click Service Details.
Lumen Connect shows the Service Details page.
- Click the Actions button, then click Manage.
Lumen Connect shows the Manage Service page.
- Click Manage for Billing Account.
- Select a different billing account, then click Save.
- Click Continue to Review and Submit, review the service details, then click Submit.
The new billing account takes effect when provisioning is successful.
