On-Demand services
Lumen® Network‑as‑a‑Service (NaaS) offers three ways to easily spin up reliable connectivity in minutes on our secure, resilient global network. Choose public or private connections to multiple business locations or leading cloud providers. You can visualize, add, and manage your NaaS services from the On-Demand Services Overview on the Lumen Connect℠ dashboard.
Get started by signing up. After signing in, you can give others in your organization access to on-demand services using Lumen Connect user permissions.
Follow these configuration guidelines for On‑Demand services to prepare your equipment to add a connection and configure VLAN and IP services on your router once your connection is ready. This helps ensure you can use the connections you provision.
On-Demand services support
- Click chat in the lower-right corner (within Lumen Connect), fill in your information, then click On-Demand Products & Services (NaaS) for help with:
- Questions about On-Demand services.
- Navigating Lumen Connect.
- Errors when provisioning On-Demand services.
- Questions about basic configuration guidance.
- Request traffic activation support (fee-based).
- Questions about On-Demand services.
- For problems accessing On-Demand services (usually due to user permissions), click chat in the lower-right corner (within Lumen Connect), fill in your information, click Lumen Connect, Ticketing and Billing, then click User Administration.
- Open a repair ticket in Lumen Connect if you experience a service outage or degraded service.
