With Lumen Connect℠, you can manage your organization's services and orders online.
Wholesale orders
In Lumen Connect, you can use Manage Orders to add, change, disconnect, and view the status of your orders for 8XX and ANI services. Use convenient online order forms, batch ordering, and the Dedicated Toll‑Free Origination (DTFO) tool.
Submit online order forms (OLOFs) in Lumen Connect. Easy self‑service ordering tools include Dedicated 8XX ordering in DTFO or Dedicated 8XX batch ordering, and Switched services ordering in Single Order Entry or Switched batch.
After you submit an order, you can the status of it within Lumen Connect.
Using online order forms
You can use online order forms (OLOFs) to submit orders in Lumen Connect. In Manage Orders, begin an OLOF by clicking Add, Change, or Disconnect, then select the an OLOF from the Service Type list:

Ordering Switched services
Use Lumen Connect to order (add, change, or disconnect) ANI and Switched 8XX services:
Switched batch ordering
Use switched batch ordering to place bulk orders for ANI and Switched 8XX services. You can submit a request to add, change, or disconnect a service; you can also block or unblock an ANI:
Dedicated 8XX batch ordering
Dedicated 8XX batch is a bulk ordering functionality for Dedicated 8XX. It supports adding dedicated termination 8XX that are new/reserved or complementary carrier, but doesn't support porting 8XX or changes/disconnect actions:

Wholesale order status
Preliminary order status
Preliminary Order Status includes order status for Switched batch, Dedicated batch, DTFO, View/Modify Call Plan, and OLOF orders.
Post-submission order status
Post-Submission Order Status provides CORE orders and milestone job steps for Dedicated Batch, DTFO and OLOF orders, and status of change billing address orders.
Service status
Service Status supports viewing status and information for toll free/8XX and ANI services.
