Wholesale orders

In Lumen Connect, you can use Manage Orders to change, disconnect, and view the status of your orders for 8XX and ANI services. Use convenient online order forms, batch ordering, and the Dedicated Toll‑Free Origination (DTFO) tool.

 

Submit online order forms (OLOFs) in Lumen Connect. Easy self‑service ordering tools include Dedicated 8XX ordering in DTFO and Switched services ordering in Single Order Entry or Switched batch.

 

After you submit an order, you can the status of it within Lumen Connect.

You can use online order forms (OLOFs) to submit orders in Lumen Connect. In Manage Orders, begin an OLOF by clicking Add, Change, or Disconnect, then select the an OLOF from the Service Type list:
