Use Lumen Connect to manage users, permissions, and accounts for your organization. For example, you can create a user with permissions to manage your organization's repair tickets.
Managing your profile
We use the contact information in your Lumen Connect profile to alert you to changes and issues with your service as well as to pre-fill information in tickets. It's important to keep your profile information current so you receive these notices (and any others you elect to receive):
Managing alerts and notifications
You can create notification settings in Lumen Connect and be notified by text, email, or through the portal about things like billing, repair, planned network maintenance, etc.
- Viewing a list of your notification settings
- Creating a notification setting
- Editing a notification setting
- Deleting a notification setting
Lumen automatically creates tickets for the following alarms:
- Daemon down: detects when the SD-WAN software service goes down
- Interface down: detects when an interface is down
- High CPU: detects when Lumen-provided equipment exceeds defined thresholds
- High memory: detects when the memory exceeds defined thresholds
